What is THCA?
Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) is the naturally occurring, non-intoxicating acidic precursor to Delta-9 THC found in raw hemp flower. When THCA is exposed to heat — for example by smoking, vaporizing, or cooking — it converts (decarboxylates) into Delta-9 THC, which is intoxicating. Products on this site may therefore produce intoxicating effects when heated.
Federal hemp status
Our products are derived from hemp as defined in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"), which removed hemp containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis from the federal definition of marijuana. Each batch is tested by an independent, third-party laboratory, and Certificates of Analysis are published on our COAs & Lab Results page.
Laws are changing. Federal and state rules for hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA, are actively being revised. We monitor these changes and update our catalog, shipping restrictions, and this page accordingly. Nothing on this site is legal advice — please check the current laws where you live before ordering.
State restrictions — where we do not ship
State laws on THCA and hemp flower vary widely and change frequently. To stay compliant, we do not ship to the following states:
Other states restrict certain product types, potencies, or serving sizes. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their state, county, and city. Orders placed for a restricted state will be cancelled. By purchasing, you confirm that hemp-derived THCA products are legal to possess where you live and where the order is being delivered.
Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to browse this website or purchase our products. We use an age-verification gate on entry and may request government-issued identification before fulfilling an order. Orders that cannot be age-verified will be cancelled and refunded. Never share these products with anyone under 21.
Important health & safety information

Product labeling & testing
- Every product lists its cannabinoid content and batch information, with a matching Certificate of Analysis available online.
- Lab reports include cannabinoid potency and, where applicable, screening for contaminants such as pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbials.
- Products are sold as-is for lawful adult use. We make no claims regarding therapeutic benefits.
Shipping & carrier compliance
We ship via USPS in discreet, odor-resistant packaging within the United States, excluding the restricted states listed above. Adult signature may be required on delivery. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
